I purchased a used car from them, so perhaps I didn't receive the "Mercedes" treatment. From the get go, my transaction seemed unimportant to them. They didn't disclose the fact that the key was broken and that there was only key with the car until all papers were signed and I was driving off the lot. The title company they use is slow, and did not complete the paperwork that was needed to get my tag and taxes done properly meaning I paid their title company $300 in fees and had to go to the DMV to get it done myself. Perhaps if you buy a new Mercedes you'll get better service and won't be told about the hundred thousand dollar deals they do everyday to belittle your transaction. Their facilities are nice, and car selection is nice.
