My heat went out in the middle of the night and I called Around The Clock Heating for service and they came out the same day. The technician called when he was on his way and before entering my home he took his shoes off which I appreciated very much. He explained step by step what he was doing and what was wrong with my furnace. He fixed the problem right away and was reasonably priced. I recommend Around The Clock Heating to my family, friends and neighbors.

Around the clock hooked up my new cooling system in just a few hours! Will use them again in the future.

My home warranty insurance used them as a contractor to repair the AC at my rental property. The request was put in on 6/5 and they originally replaced the coil on a system that is 20+ years old. The coil held up for a week and tenant was without air again. The condensor which is what should have been originally replaced was ordered. This put a damper on everything as the tenant has been without air for over a month!

Just as the part was scheduled to arrive on 7/10 the owner of Around the Clock canceled the entire job due to having a disagreement with my property manager. He stated that he was rude and I explained to him that I do not condone that, I apologized and I told him I would handle everything myself going forward just to get this job finished and not deal with the property manager. I spoke with him a few times before this happened and he seemed very cordial and was very helpful.

It's sad that he made a rash decision and chose not to think about the tenant who is suffering and has been without AC for over a month nor me the owner with whom he had a decent interaction with. To cancel the day before the part arrives is bad business. As a business owner some times you have to think about the bigger picture and to make those suffer who have nothing to do with the disagreement isn't fair!
