Crosby Meadows Apartments

I was a single mom of three..I gave my deposit lived there for a year..the manager acts as if she is above everyone who lives there..there are tons of rules..kids could barely play outside..plus the roaches and drugs I could go on and on..bottom line she needed my three bedroom for friends and when it came time to renew she lied and said she taped paperwork to our door..to just come into office and go over lease and sign papers..I nvr got the note on my door..so there for she had to evict us..went to court and she said to the judge we were awesome tenets she nvr had a problem with me..but there was nothing she could do..I couldn't believe it..had thirty days to find another place...they aren't truthful there and they use people to gain monies..don't bother they are very nasty..we stayed sick the whole year..

To start off, the place was NASTY. I had to pay a $200.00 deposit.Being a single Mom, I was gonna try and make it work. When I received the keys, i went in and was blew away at the smell, thought it was just dirty. So I rented a carpet cleaner.*which was suppose to be done by the apartment complex* and the stuff coming out of the carpet was as dark as chewing tobacco and thick. It literally made me sick. This was the Wed before Thanksgiving and I tried my hardest to clean, but by Thanksgiving Day I was moving BACK OUT! The office was closed that Thursday plus Friday and then also the weekend. SO I couldn't get ahold of anyone to tell them what was going on till Monday. And of course I wanted my deposit back because they didn't even attempt to clean that place and did I mention ROACHES GALORE! So I go to talk to her and she gives me a run around abotu having to talk to her supervisor and it comes down to, they didn't give me my deposit back because they said I didn't give them 30days notice! Which is stupid because I didn't even stay there ONE NIGHT. Please no one, ever attempt to try and live in these apartments. It made my eyes swell and my sons asthma started again. Please don't put yourself threw this.
