Pep Boys

I called beforehand to check if they had the tires I wanted in stock. I was told they didn't have them and to go ahead and order them online and make the appointment. I go in on the day of my appointment and the person at the tire counter said "I don't think we even have these in stock", before even checking their stock. You do not tell the customer that. You get your booty up and check before you say anything. He finally went back and checked after we told him we had ordered them a few days ago. We told him that our new spare tire was on the front passenger side and the bad tire was in the trunk. Well he obviously didn't care enough to put that note on the order because it wasn't done. Luckily they hadn't recycled the tires from the previous day yet and they were able to retrieve our new spare tire. When we returned to get the car we couldn't get the door opened or closed because they had damaged the bottom of the door. Will never go back and do not recommend this place. Total mess!

Great place. Parts staff is knowledgeable. Cashiers are quick and friendly. Store was clean and organized too.

Worst customer service ever...... I made an appointment for an oil change online for 2pm, i arrive at 1:55. after i registered in, i had a seat. The service shop was empty maybe 2 cars in the shop. There is a sign that says 30 minutes for oil change. At 2:30 i notice they didn't even move my car. i went up to the counter and asked if my car was ready, The bald dude with a beard wearing a non pepboys shirt said they didn't even get to it. meanwhile 2 customers came after me, one left, the other had her car on the lift already. I told him give me my keys he threw them on the counter No apology whatsoever I asked him why is my car not being worked on he stuttered for about 2 seconds and had NO EXCUSE.......

Refuse to do business with these people. This weekend my wife took her car in there, they falsely charged her and falsely told her various things were wrong (which was immediately exposed to be false by Ford, to the tune of over fifty more bucks for nothing); when she tried to get her money back from the Pep Boys crooks, they wrongfully made a worthless excuse and refused to give her the money back.

They have cool tires packages and friendly customer service. Never really have to wait long in lines
