I knew you were going to slander this business. I was there at the same time you were and heard everything. It was your son's car apparently and you came up demanding 325.00 from them. The poor girl tried to explain to you what happened when your SON brought HIS car in. You argued with her and she asked that you tell your son to come up to the shop and you told her that you would deal with it another way and called her a bad name. Then you you jumped all over the girl and told her you were going to beat her up. No wonder they said they would call the police. If it were my car hat had the problem I would deal with it myself. Sounded a little fishy to me, but I have gone there for years and they are nice people. They haved saved me tons of money. I thought I needed a new trans but it was just some little computer box thingy. I would not believe this loud mouth gossiping lady

RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They take advantage of people, not honest at all.....Took my car there for an oil change only, they ended up taking the whole oil housing off and could not get it screwed back in. I had to have it towed to a dealer to have what they messed up fixed. It ended up costing me $325.00, an oil change that should have cost $35.00. I tool the report back to Rocky Plains and they told me to get out of there or they would call the police, they didn't want to hear anything about it , and told me it was messed up before I went there. They would take no responsibililty for what wrong they did. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!!!!!
