BEWARE!!! Dr. Rowe is engaged in fraudulent billing practices. If you ask any questions about the dental codes they are using and the contracted rates, then they get suspicious of you because they know they won't be able to charge you full price for unnecessary procedures. I will be reporting Dr. Rowe for fraudulent billing practices, prejudice, and other infractions to the Dental Board, CDA, ADA, BBB, Attorney General, and other entities as such unless he vows to correct such behavior. I was also disgusted when his staff lied to him and said that I was "abusive" to the staff on the phone. According to this office, being "abusive" apparently means asking questions about a major procedure and just trying to get as much information as possible before a major procedure that may result in permanent damage. Of course I would like to ask a lot of questions. If they don't have time nor want to deal with a patient that asks questions, then that is another issue and they should instead employ additional staff if they are too busy to answer questions from patients that are uncertain about an upcoming procedure. It seems to me that cancelling an appointment made prior under such claims is at best unethical and most likely constitutes fraudulent practice. What Dr. Rowe appears to be seeking are instead excellent sheep that ask no questions, have an infinite amount of money, and just pay him whatever he wants whether the procedure is medically necessary or just "better" (eg. more expensive). There is no reason to pay for nor submit to the insurance company for anesthesia if the patient is opting out, but they do this anyway in order to seemingly fraudulently bill the insurance company. Dr. Rowe is a great example for why this industry has become so bloated and expensive. Everyone is defrauding wherever they can get away with it unless someone calls them out for it.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience at Dr. Rowe's office. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend them.
