Don's Well Repair

Don knows his stuff. We had a large leak so our pump was running constantly and burning itself out. Don was out the same day I called after finishing his current job, and worked well after dark on a Friday night. He was very reasonably priced and showed me what was wrong, what was starting to fail and what to use for maintenance. Yesterday my pump failed and now that I have the go ahead from our home warranty provider to hire my own contractor, I WILL be calling Don.

I was motivated to leave this rating when I saw an extremely negative review. Don has worked on my property since before I owned it. He was always prompt and helpful with any issues I have had--which are simply maintaining my residential well and pump system. There was at least one time where I felt I owed him more than he charged.
Since moving to this county several years ago I learned from several different sources that there was once an overly zealous inspector who created problems. Don had the moxie to take an issue with this person to court, where according to him he won. So it doesn't surprise me that one negative reviewer claims that the local inspection office didn't recommend him.
Apparently the problem person is gone, and I have had nothing but good experiences with both the department and Don.

Don is a professional, does exceptional work, is prompt, kind and won't rip you off. He won't perform service that you don't need. As an added bonus Don is very friendly. We don't trust anyone but Don to work on our well.

I had a good experience with Don. He responded quickly and was recommended by my plumber.

If there was a zero start rating this would be it. I will never use this company again, they seem nice & helpful at first but that's just to get your business & money. After that they have zero customer service & both Don & his wife that answers when he is out are very very rude. When the business owner himself uses profanity & isn't even recommended by the county inspectors & legal people, you know he can't be good! Started off ok and after that took a week of calling daily for Don to answer. This is by far the worst company I have ever come across, I would not recommend any services done by them.
