Easily the worst service I have ever received. It was a complete train wreck and disaster from the beginning - forgotten drinks, missed appetizers, wrong drink order, several forgotten sides and even 1 forgotten main course.



Either there is zero communication between the front and the back kitchen or the waitress is just that bad.



What a nightmare. No one took ownership of it either, the manager and owner are gutless cowards.



Be warned.

The restaurant is awesome, has the warm atmosphere of a casual upscale restaurant w/ a fun tiki look! Our entrees were incredible, enjoyed our meal by the real fireplace... Stayed around and enjoyed there entertainment that night which was Smith 'n Tucker! Had a great night

Clam chowder was good, after it came 14 minutes later. Our entrees took 30 minutes, a salad and a burger. Plus the fries were cold. After we told the waitress, she told the cook who said "sorry". We told the manager (same formerly good-looking woman as above) was very rude and said it couild not possibly be cold and take that long, even tho it had. Did not offer to take it off the bill either.



Won't return.

If you like greasy fish dinners an soggy greasy fries under your greasy fish this is the place for you! The owner a drunk plastered on his bar stool an his one time good looking wife or girlfriend who looks to be all droopy an drained from drinking all the time like him. The place needs lots of improvement an it could be like it was in the early 80's excellent food! My other complaint is they say they are selling great lakes pearch which is a lie they are selling zander which is a walleye pike just like they say they are serving pickeral will anyone please tell me if anyone caught pickeral lately!! They sell zander with the pearch an their so called pickeral is the same.The health department will be notified an they need to change their menu item with the pearch an the pickeral! I did take pictures of those menu items to show to the health department!
