When our previous web designer decided she was too busy to update our web site we turned to Motion Interactive Media. Michael designed a new web site that we get a lot of positive comments about. His customer service has been excellent, the complete opposite of what we had previously experienced. We are completely satisfied with his hosting service and hope to do business for years to come.

Motion Interactive Media (MIM) has exceeded my expectations. Three points listed below summarized by experience with MIM:



1) Knowledge of current industry - MIM possess knowledge of current industry trends and conditions to allow for correct business decisions.



2) Customer service - Michael has been very responsive. Emails were returned within the hour. Information provided was very helpful and comprehensive. In an attempt to meet a deadline Michael worked on the weekend, while on vacation.



3) Quality of Product - MIM produced a high quality product. This ties in with MIM's knowledge of the industry to guide the client towards the right direction. The website produced was very clean and all requests however big or small was addressed.

As you can see by the work that Motion Interactive has done in the past that they have talent. I am not a computer wiz by any means, Motion Interactive was able to take what little information and ideas I could supply and run with it. I am very pleased with the end result. They made changes very quickly and without any resistance, and did so in English. I am no fan of outsourcing anything, period. Immediate responses to issues, work completed on time, professional and quality workmanship, competitive pricing, what else do you need. Motion Interactive is a knowledgeable and service oriented company that we will be using over and over again.
