        Overall

        All I want from a hotel is a room with easy access to ice!!! This hotel has no ice machines! You have to go the lobby bar! Unacceptable! When I went to get my 2nd round of ice around 11pm the bar tender gave me ice, but he did it very begrudgingly!!!! This hotel did not meet my expectations! All because they don't have ice!!!!!!!
