I have a friend of mine that retained WE Legal to sue their lender. The attorney Amelia won the case for them. They got their principle reduced and interest reduced and their second mortgage removed completely. My buddy and his family, prior to WE Legal, tried to do a regular modification through a free government agency that could help them, tried to modify on their own unsuccessfully, and then paid a law firm over $5000 for nothing. Don't do a modification, use this company WE Legal and specifically Attorney Amilia. The reason I'm posting is because my friend referred me to them.
