Very Pleased customer!!
I contacted this company to move my son and his family from Atlanta, Ga to Statesville, NC. This was a really big move; my son moved from a four bedroom home with and 5x7 storage full of collectibles. The customer service was great!! They contacted me prior to my son move to let me know what would take place on the day of our move. The customer service team also offered to provide me with a list of utility & schools directory assistance (very helpful) I was so pleased that they would provide us with such care. I would recommend this company; thanks again and keep up the customer service

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I hired Pick Up and Go Movers to relocate me and my family from Montana to Hickory, NC and my experience was great! The only small issue the movers took a hour and 15min break; but I didn't mind because they had a lot of work to do and they did a really good job!! I would use this company again. Thanks!!

These people are liars and scammers. Due to lack of research, i used them fir my move from Charlotte NC to Puerto Rico. They picked up my furniture on 10/17 & and my vehicle on 10/29/13 to be shipped to PR (both tines they were extremely late and just made excuses). I am carless and have no furniture to this day. The promise from Antoine was that he would try his best to have all delivered before Thanksgiving and here we are after Christmas, New Years, three Kings Day and i was unable to reunite my family in my home for the holidays. He continues to lie with arrival dates, at times he just does not answer the phone at all. I am so stressed and sad because i dont know if i will ever receive my belongings. I am calling an attorney asap. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, this is not a real company and as i now here they are not insured and do not own any trucks.

Best Moving Company I've Ever Used!

I have used at least 5 moving companies in the last 4 years and my experience was awful; I have to say moving companies don't normally have really good reputations. However, I hired this company and was very pleased with their services and my experience was excellent; they provided me with a full detail of how they would secured my furniture and delivery it within a timely manner. On the day of deliverly they were running about 30mins late but there customer service was so excellent I did not mine. Overall I was very impressed. I look forward to working with this company in the near furture all of the movers hard work was much appreciated by my wife and family. Truly PROFESSIONAL MOVERS!!

My experience with Pick Up and Go Moving was horrible. On move day the movers were 5 hours late arriving. After they arrived the move went pretty smoothly but of course by this time everything was thrown off schedule because of the late arrival. When they were at my new home they missed my driveway with the front tire of the truck and because it had rained earlier it left a large rut in mine and my new neighbor's yard. I noticed this after the movers had left and called the company the Monday after my move. I was told for weeks that they would send someone out to deal with the damage but no one ever came. After dealing with this back and forth for weeks I then noticed that my credit card was charged an additional time. I immediately called every contact I had for this company but no one returned my call. I was forced to call my credit card company and have the charge removed. My experience with this company has only shown me that they do not deliver on anything they say and they refuse to return any calls. I would not refer this company to anyone.

I had a great experience & the movers did a great job , they were very professional, on time, and mindful with my personal belongings. Over all i had an amazing experience with Pick Up And Go Moving International ! hands down the best moving company , i would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone in need of a professional moving company.

Courteous Service!

My moving expeience with this company was really good. They arrive 30mins early and delivered my furniture on time. There was a small scratch on the leg of my kitchen table, which I did not see; but Jeffery (mover), notified me of the scratch and ask me for my info so that he could submitt a claim for the repair. The scratch was about 1 inch long; I told him not to worry about that tiny scratch. The customer service and honesty I received from this company was awesome!

This company did a great job moving my sister and I. I would hire Pick-Up & Go Moving International again. TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! We had to get another hour to finish but these guys did a good job. I would tell my family and friend to use them. I DID RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE USING THEM AND FOUND GREAT REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
