DeMarchi had nothing to do with his patients until the nurse practitioner left. Demarchi set an appt to see his dermatologist who would be in his office on Mondays and then canceled that appointment because dermatologist changed his mind about going to Demarchi's office.



The HUGE issue is I needed to see a few doctors for my cancer & his staff said they didn't get the fax & refused to call the other doctor. 4 days later after hours of trying to follow up to be sure I had my referral for my appt. Patty said if I was unhappy because I didn't have my referral I should find another doctor. REPREHENSIBLE ! I asked to speak to Demarchi several times and Patty said he won't be calling me. A doctor that doesn't call his patient who was just diagnosed with cancer? This is not the place any sick person should be. It's not the place for even a well check up. A doctor that is unreachable is not the person I want to stay with. Office is so rude. Beyond rude. They just don't care.

...IF YOU WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR (WILLIAM DEMARCHI ), FORGE IT...YOU HAVE A NURSE IN THE OFFICE...HE DOESN'T CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS, NOT COURTEOUS AT ALL AND THE STAFF WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE ARE RUDE, PREJUDICE .

I have no idea how effective a physician Dr. DeMarchi is but I do know that his concern for his patients only goes so far. Here is my story. I am out of state. My mother is patient of Dr. DeMarchi. On Tuesday 5/29 I called my Mom only to find that she was not well. I will not go into the details. I told her she had to get to the ER. She was admitted to Coral Springs Medical center that afternoon. She is to undergo a procedure to try and verify what the matter is. I called Dr. DeMarchi's office, the person

there was very helpful. I explained that I was not sure if the Doctor was aware of my Mom's situation, that she has been told the procedure that was to be in the morning was delayed, and that she had been sitting in the hospital for over 12 hours

without food and water. I had asked that he call the hospital to inquire about the matter and give some support to his patient.

She is worried and alone. The helpful person who took the info

said she would pass it along to the Doctor who was currently in

Boca. I received a call back saying that what I was asking for was not the policy of his office. I, frankly was amazed by that response. I was told that the nurse/practioner

who had actually dealt with my mother was the person to deal with. The person who called me back said she would pass the info to the nurse/practioner, but that she, per the doctor's policy, would likely not make the call. I do not know if the Doctor was told of my call to his office, but in my opinion the good doctor and his staff were indifferent

to their patients situation. He couldn't take the time to call the hospital on behalf of

one of his elderly patients whom depended on his care. And his interest in their health. So I am not a fan of this particular Doctor. With all respect to his one fan on his web page. So think about this if you are considering this Doctor.

Once my Mother hears about this I have a feeling she'll wish to

choose another physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeMarchi for well over 15 years and he is one of the few doctors who Truly care about his patients! His staff is also wonderful and caring! My family trusts Dr. DeMarchi with our lives!
