THE WORST PLACE EVER DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE....My son had an appointment at 8am which I have the card to confirm a text and a phone call from them to confirm my 8am appointment. My son was first on the signing sheet and the first person to be there and they took the 4th person that came in first...When I asked about this her excuse was your appointment is not until 9am and when I told her she was wrong she just rolled her eyes and didn't even bother to apologize......On the way out I needed an excuse form for my sons school both receptionist looked at me and continued talking as if I was not there and when I asked again she rolled her eyes, typed the form within 2 minutes and gave it to me

I took my grandson there it was the worse experience ever. There office was filrhy. The staff was slow , rude and incompetent. I read the reviews on there website and it says there great don't believe that that is the employees writing it because this office SUCKS!!!! Stay away!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN CORAL SPRINGS!!!!!!! IVE MADE APPOINTMENTS AND WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEY TELL YOU THAT THEIR SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT HAS MADE ERRORS. THE ANSWERING SERVICE THAT IS USED IS COMPLETE FOOLISHNESS. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK AND PLACE YOU ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES OR MORE. THERE ARE "FAKE MANAGERS" WHO ARE ACTUALLY AGENTS ALL COVERING FOR EACH OTHER. SOME NAMES OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO EUGNA, MARIA CEISA AND DULCE. THEY ALL SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME PERSON, AND AFTER REPEATED CALLS THEY STARTED TO SAY THEY WOULD TAKE A MESSAGE, AND THREE MONTHS LATER I GOT FED UP AND TOOK MY SON ELSE WHERE. YET STILL NOT WAITING ON THE "MANAGER" TO GIVE ME A CALL BACK. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Not sure why doctor Acosta is in pediatrics, because he obviously does like children. This place is very unprofessional, will not bring my son back to this dentist.

Bad customer service. Appointment was at 8am they overbooked overall appointment took over 3 hours. Need organization and better customer service.

I don't ever leave review's, this place is the worst. They treat you horribly. They literally changed my kids appt 4 times. Did they call me No! They sent me an email. Luckily, I check my emails. Please find another place to go. I refuse to go back to this place. They're are overbooked. They treat you like an insurance number not as a human.

Fast friendly staff and dentist. Front desk speaks mostly spanish but checks you in right away. Wait time was never long for me. I have two kids going at one time.

Long wait,staff is nasty they talk about you in Spanish behind you back, will never go back.

We have gone to this place 4 times now. The quickest we have gotten out is 2 1/2 hrs. Always over scheduled. The staff is not overly friendly unless you speak Spanish & since we are not we didn't seem to get the special attention the other Hispanic patients received. Worst dental office ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd give it a zero rating if I could.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTER PENA. TOO MANY RULES. YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR GRANDKID TO THE DENTIST. IT HAS TO BE PARNENTS ONLY. ( I CAN UNDERSTAND THE FIRST TIME.) BUT EVERYTIME. SO IF YOU ARE A WORKING PARENT AVOID DR PENA. OBVIOUSLY HE COULD CARE LESS THAT SOME PARENTS CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS 4 HOURS OF WORK AND THEIR KIDS GRANDPARENTS WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING THEIR CHILD. F+++ GRADE FOR STUPIDIITY.

The dentist use so much force he bust my two year old son lips an had red marks on his neck

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to.My kids go to a different dental practice. I wanted my kids to get a dental visit ASAP since it's been a while. From the moment we walked in the door the were the nastiest bunch of women that I have ever met. The two girls at the front desk were utterly rude (they should try to be nice to people like us; that's where their paycheck comes from). I was so disappointed and angry. I wish I had walked out at that moment but I was too focused on getting my kids taken care of. The place is extremely gross. I walked in the back to go with my son for his cleaning and the setting was just not working for me ( five chairs everyone was like 12 inches apart). No confidentiality. I was told to go with my daughter to get a sealant done and that just made my decision to never return there final. As we walked into the room, the chairs were all dirty and it didn't look sanitary at all, i sat there the entire time thinking to myself how do they pass an inspection? The backdoor was open and one of the dental assistants was out there washing down one of the gross chairs. We finished and came back to the front and the two rude ones were there again. my kids asked for treats for being good and getting their work done and they weren't given anything.



Everyone at that place was unprofessional, the place was nasty, I am never taking my kids back there and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I have to say that Dr Claudia is one of the worst doctor I have ever seen. I took my 7 years old daughter for cleaning there, so they refer my daughter to a orthodontist, I ask for a referral for insurance purpose. I was told that they don't have paper at that moment for print, but they printed the referral on a SIGN IN USED PAPER. Very unprofessional, the staff are clue less, I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO THERE AGAIN, AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, you will wait around for hours because this office heavily overbooks. Dr. Castro has no bedside manner, whether due to lack of time or an almost inhuman lack of concern for patients. (Check the article on the wall in Consultation Room 1 where he practically brags about how overbooked he is.) He left our 3 year old girl tied in complete body restraints, screaming in terror, needlessly for an additional 30 minutes because it was more convenient for him than letting us know we could just hold her while waiting for the Novocaine to kick in. I could see him hanging out in a chair outside behind the office while a building full of families waited. I suspect the extractions my daughter had were a result of his rushed lack of time than any medical reason. He then walked out without giving any further instructions. Everyone in this office seemed fully aware of how great my insurance is, and completely unconcerned with my child's well being.

NEVER use this dentist!!! Firstly, they over book their appointments. My sons appt was at 10am and my daughters at 11am. The place was completely packed with no seats available. We waited almost 2 hours before they saw my son and another 45 to see my daughter. My sons appt took 20 minutes tops. My daughter on the other hand was not good on her first appt. She was scared they were going to hurt her, so this time around she wasnt very happy either. They suggested that we just reschedule and have her get her work done at the hospital while she is put under. Of course that is the last resort so i explained that i wanted to give the office visit a try. They tried so hard to talk me out of it that they explained, in front of my 7 year old daughter, how dangerous it will be if she moves at all and how sharp the tools that they use are and that they could cut her gums ect.... IN FRONT OF MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? How unprofessional are you??? No wonder she felt uneasy and anxious!!! They are horrble! Also, in order for us to get the surgry....we must travel to Miami's Chldrens hospital because their doctors who work in the BROWARD office, do not work in the BROWARD hospitals. Bunch of morons if you ask me!!! If i could have not given them even 1 star, i wouldnt have!!!!

THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THE OFFICE WAS DIRTY, EVERY TOY EVERY CHAIR IN THE OFFICE WAS COVERED WITH STAINS AND DIRT, ON TOP OF THAT THE CHAIR WAS BROKEN WITH SCREWS POPPING OUT WHICH SCRATCHED MY ARMS. THIS OFFICE IS UNSAFE FOR ANY CHILDREN. THE STAFF WAS UNORGANIZED AND CLUE LESS. THE DR. WAS RUDE, ROUGH, IMPATIENT, AND A JOKE. THE DENTISTS ASSISTANT WAS WRITING HIS NOTES ON A PAPER TOWEL. BASCIALLY THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO CARES FOR THEIR CHILD HEALTH OR SAFETY TO BRING THEM THERE.

I have to say that Dr Acosta who is in charge of this dental is one of the worst doctors i have ever been to.I took my kids for a cleaning and he was so mean and rude to both me and my children.To make matters worse,everybody is given the same time on their appointment cards,so there is at least a two hour wait before you're seen.This doctor has no personality,no skills in handling children(ironic:pedatric dr),short tempered and unpleasant.I would never take my children there again.Dr Acosta needs to learn people skills.
