BAD Customer service. Went there with a coupon for buy one oil change, get second one on same car free...Fair enough, EXCEPT they took over an hour to do the oil change, which shouldn't take that long considering I was one of Two cars there. Also when I paid, they said just bring the same coupon back for the free oil change next time....Fast forward 4 months, they said I was supposed to have a voucher given to me, which they didn't and they claimed I had to have it to get the free oil change. Even though they could look in the system and see I got one. Sooo, I walked out, they lost my business and the 4 wheel brake job I needed done on my girlfriends car. Nice work for being stubborn on a $25 oil change, the brakes are probably going to cost me $400 somewhere else. The key phrase being, SOMEWHERE ELSE. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

HORRIBLE!!! Waste of TIME and MONEY!!!I had the brakes serviced and was told the front rotors could be resurfaced for $20. The entire visit took over 5 hours to complete the front and back brakes!! 2 weeks and less than 80 miles later I brought the car back in because they were squeaking and making all kinds of grinding noises. Turns out I now was told that I had to replace the front rotors and they did NOT credit the price for their resurfacing. Also, they told me that the reason my A/C was blowing warm was because the condenser and compressor gave out and it would take $1400 to repair it. I have their estimate. I have an extended warranty on the car so brought it back to the dealer who then tell me for $210 they would recharge the system and it would work just fine. Thank goodness I went to REAL mechanics because Midas would have ripped me off AGAIN!!!! Hopefully none else will get taken advantage of by their terrible mechanics and shady managers
