CSS Fence

Absolute Best Fence aka CSS Fence of Conway, NY installed my fence in May 2013 and there were a number of major issues with installation (used chicken wire left in my yard to fill in an area between my neighbor’s and my fences; wrapped the fence around a post instead of bracketing it; left portions of the fence and hardware unpainted, etc.). I think they may use different company names when they get a bad record, they just start a new company. They agreed by phone to come out twice, and never showed up, nor call me so I waited around for hours for nothing. Now, they will not return my calls. In addition they left my yard a mess and got spray paint on the siding of the house and concrete. Three months later, I now have additional problems (Gate does not open fully, fence can be moved by hand) as the installation is very poor. All I can say is that I wish had listened to the reviewers; this is a terrible company to deal with.
