If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What kind of professional establishment harassed an 84 year-old woman trying to get payment for a dress that was already paid for?! Not only was she harassed, but Wendy was rude throughout the entire experience and is entirely unfit to assist anyone with anything. This establishment lacks professionalism, and any kind of customer services skills. Foxy Lady saved the day and provided us with a much nicer dress that was much higher quality. Amanda's Collection should take lessons.
Just purchased a beautiful prom dress for my daughter and was overwhelmed with the kindness and helpfulness of every person who worked there, especially Amanda. This will definitely be our first stop for any formal wear and I live over an hour away with several bridal/formal wear shops in between.
