We spent well over $20,000 to have a complete whole house air conditioning and boiler system installed with heated floors in the house and a small outdoor patio. The system works ok, no problem. So 12 years after we would like Mathison to install a new style on demand water heater - Since they have done the entire house HVAC. They come out for an estimate, so far so good, take lots of notes and photos and “Lee” states he will have an estimate within a couple days. So far so good. (This is before July 4th) Two weeks later I call up to see what’s the hold up - they’ll get back to me. (Jessica). 7/17..Another message. They can’t figure out who came out to do the estimate with the photos, but will look into it and return my call. It might be Lee I’m told. I call again, now it’s the answering service (Jerry) 7/25. Left another message.
Next I’m told Trevor is the Guy that specializes in the Boiler systems, and he will be out 7/27/18 Tuesday morning. Ok I’m thinking, we’re finally on the right track. NEXT - I get a phone call that I’m a little too far away from the shop in Commerce Twp. to do a service job like this- -were sorry.
So bottom line is service after the sale is marginal or none at all.

I can't say enough good things about Aaron, Todd, and the whole crew at Matheson. In one day, they replaced our Furnace, AC and Hot Water Tank. Everything was done in the highest quality possible, and the entire staff was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Matheson to anyone who needs HVAC work done. They are the BEST in the business!

I had great service from this company. Their employee was very professional. He repaired a hokey electrical job that was done on our home prior to purchase. He serviced our generator and gave it a tune up. I have no worries about a power outage going forward thanks to the help of Matheson.

It's hard to get good service these days not many places left like Matheson. My technician Trevor Dodge has been taking care of my family and friends for many years now and he's always been fair, kind, courteous and most of all honest.

My service man Travis repaired my furnace quickly. He was very professional and friendly. I have used Matheson for years, and I think they are great. I am on their monthly service plan for furnace, air, plumbing, and electrical. It saves me money and gives me peace of mind.
