Verry nice gym beautiful people work out here this is definetly the best gym for motovation and they are uo to date as well ofgering a spa double hot tub giant dry sauna salon barbers a healthy restaurants with out ever having to leave the property also alot of great convenent places neighbor this gym highly reccomend lifetime if you got some exttra cash if your broke well look at some ymca memberships their about 20 dollars a month

I just met with a trainer (prinella) I think she's the best thing ever to hit lifetime very excited

Racquettball courts are not available to common customers as they are booked well in advance by admis for themself even before the courts are available for common customers.

Worst club in the area fights and voulgar language more like a prison gym than a health club

Worst Customer Service!

Super Sales People is what I like to call them. They are a big corporate company that doesn't care about anyone or anything but getting money. Outrageous price for a gym membership regardless of how big your building is at the end of the day its still just a gym but they will sell you otherwise. Then I have an unfortunate injury that requires surgery and have to be on crutches for 2 months, so I go in to put my account on medical freeze, I sign the paper that says my membership will be on hold for 3 months, leave thinking everything is fine and I wont be charged for those months. BUT of course they charge me the next month. When I question this they state that what I signed was only conditional and I must get a note from my doctor stating specifically that I cannot physically work out at all in order to honor the medical freeze. They also said there are lots of members who come in on crutches and use the facility. I understand that sure I could use the gym still but its a huge inconvenience to deal with that many people and machines while on crutches and cannot use all of the features of the gym that I would normally have. They did not seem to care at all that I had a major injury and would do nothing more for me which is what leads me to believe that they only care about their bottom line. I would advise everyone to avoid this place, plenty of other gyms that are a million times better and a much better value.
