Unforgettable Horrible Service. Don't bank here!

My husband and I stopped to use the atm on the way to Fiesta Jalisco, as we usually do. The atm became jammed and kept $20 of the $100 we requested. We practically had to wrestle the $ out of the machine. We have used this atm on several occasions and never had this problem, so we went inside for help. Right from the start we were treated as an inconvenince by the female caucasian, long haired brunette, and that was even before she realized we didn't have an account there. Now mind you, there were no other customers in the bank at that time. First she pulled out a stack of paper work for us to fill out as she sighed and rolled her eyes. Then we told her didn't have an accout there. She then proceeded to tell us they couldn't help us and that we would have to file a complaint with our bank. We asked them to put an out of service sign on the atm to prevent future customers from having the same problem. She refused with a negative attittude. My husband asked to speak to the bank manager. My husband started to walk into his office to tell him about his atm and he yelled at my husband that he was on an important phone call. He agressiviely got up from his desk and started to come toward my husband. I couldn't believe it! I was in shock that a bank manager would yell at a client. He obviously was on a personal call because a bank manager certainly wouldn't act that unprofessional while on a business call. He proceeded to agressively come toward my husband and my husband warned him not to come any closer. At this point the manager called for the employees to call the police. At this time I am dumbfounded as to why? These people are crazy. I told the caucasian brunette that she didn't have to act like such a and she agressiviely came toward me and stopped about one foot from me and started yelling at me. It was definitely too close for comfort. I just hope that all of this is caught on tape so that the corporate management can review the tape when they investigate our complaint. These employees need training in empathy and customer service. If they had shown one ounce of empathy they may have been able to turn the negative experience of their atm "eating" our money into us becoming a new customer. I myself have worked for Bank One and Discover card and have never witnessed anything like this in my life. I just want to warn as many people as I can of our negative experience with WesBanco so they don't have to go through the same thing.
