I am married woman whose husband has always taken care of the vehicles. He is out of the Country and I had to do this on my own for the first time in 28 years, they were very helpful, they told me what they were going to do and when my air filter was dirty they brought me mine and a new one to compare it to. They explained this is what it should look like and why it should be replaced. They quoted me a price and I agreed to have it done. They were very professional but at the same time very helpful knowing I had no clue what they should actually be doing. If they had not checked the brake lights, turn signals, windshield wipers, etc I would never have known that this is what they do. They could have easily just changed the oil and sent me on my way. They actually cared enough to HELP which is very rare. So from me, THANK YOU, and from my husband who can't be here to ensure the vehicle is being maintained correctly THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP WHILE I AM AWAY trying to make life better
