Mr. Charles Peterson lost 50 pounds in 8 months since starting Size Wize. He continues to keep his weight off and exercises regularly. He has been able to decrease his blood pressure medications as a result of his weight loss. I recently interviewed Charles and He said "that he started Size Wize because I was having severe low back pain and it motivated me to loose weight through the program." Since I have lost weight my back pain is almost completely gone. Size Wize is helping Charles to reach his weight loss goals and live a healthier life.

General Info: Wellspring Family Medicine developed out of the vision of Dr. Damon Daniels to create a primary care practice with an emphasis on the healthcare needs of families in the Metro Columbia, South Carolina area. The mission of the practices is to provide the highest quality healthcare in a compassionate manner with an emphasis on the whole person. It is based on a model he created during his work in academic medicine at the University of South Carolina Department of Family of Medicine. It stems from the work of a national collaborative in Family Medicine called the Future of Family Medicine Project. This was also our Family Practice.
