        Extremely diligent, caring phy...

        Extremely diligent, caring physician with many years of education & taking care of patients. Dr. Garner's bedside manner with the kids is impeccable & he is a practicing Christian which was a match for this family when we took our daughter to him for surgery. We only wish there were more ethical physicians in practice like Dr. Garner!
