Be very careful. If it were me I would look elsewhere and am about to.When I joined they told me that I had the choice of letting family members charge or not charge to my account. I was told that they could limit charges to 200 a month. This was my reason for choosing this place. This let my family be able to get a sandwich or water or... with in reason.Last night at midnight I got an email telling me that someone on my account had purchased 552 dollars in personal training. Hmmm 200 dollars think not.I called because this was certainly a mistake and got told not only do they not limit the charges but the 552 is non refundable and.... get this i only get 7 not 8 visits.The place is nice about the same as Lifetime but has lousy hours in comparison and does not stand by what they tell you when you sign up..I know this is a business. I know a contract was signed by a family member. I do find it convenient that nothing was sent to me about this even in email until the 3 day right to cancel the contract had expired.So . Fair facilities. Lousy hours. If they told you they would limit spending in their facility they blatantly lied. Service while at the facility is about on par with the YMCA in my opinion.I am going to go see my contract and If it is legit I will be there until those sessions are used and they will never see another dollar of mine. My personal opinion and advice is go look up the street at something cheaper and than hire a personal trainer. Get a trainer off craigslist for half the money and they supply the place to work out or for quality there are solutions just up the street.

Villa sport is great for families, but not mine. i have been noticing that the pool area "splash" has been getting no maintenance. this facilities are aging fast, and with out upkeep it shows. Free weights:there is a very small section dedicated for weights. if that is what you call a few dumbbells. pool:if it smells like clorine, it means that there is a little bit too much ammonia from urine in the pool. please clean!Cardio area:Plenty of machines and good quality. may need a bit better ventilation though, i can often smell people in front of me or two machines over. classes they are free, but thought by enthusiasts. promo drivesi see deep discounts given to new member due to lifetime fitness competition, i believe it is really unjust. I signed february 21, and by march the $400 sign up fee was waived. Really?!, this is no small amount to be neglecting to mention. additionnally, if you are going to allow strangers to use the facilities as a promo drive, why do you oppose buddy passes of family members that might also become members. i hate having to wait for a family with children looking at the installations to get off the weight machines so i, paying member, can use them. Feesnot cheap, about about 80-100 per person. And due to the competition crunch they are militant about them. SpaVery expensive compared to other great businesses, ie; the wood house. Also: i will let you into a little secret that one of the other members let me into: If you get the couples massage or services at the spa, they leave you alone long enough for you to have quickies in there...??!!! arggg..Disgusting!!. Conclusion, i might make the switch to life time. Much more customer oriented. and have tennis courts!PS: don't mention this to management or sales, this is a very sore subject for them. Thanks

Love Villasport! The body pump and yoga classes are awesome! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, no matter what level you are, they make the class right for you and your body. The trainers are very helpful as well. Even if you are not a client, they still take the time to assist you with proper form and techniques for your workout. Most importantly, VillaKids is fantastic! They provide great activities for the kids and constantly have them moving. The staff is amazing, mgmt does a great job selecting them. (We love "Timi"). Our membership was contigent upon the childcare!We've been members for a year and a half and if I could offer a suggestion, Villasport should offer more specials to current members. New members are getting their initiation fees waived, discounts at the spa, discounts on the trainers. Quite a few members have expressed the same. This would be an easy fix! Overall, great club!!

The management of this business has no integrity. They promise things and do not deliver. The steam room is always broken and the soap in the shower is always empty. They signed me up and then I found out they signed other people up for less.
