I just purchased my new Outback from Serramonte Subaru, and it was about as pleasant as a car buying experience could be. I sent emails out to various Internet Sales people at local dealerships, Serramonte was one of the first to respond and had the lowest price. No hidden fees, no tricks once I was there. He quoted me a great price, I showed up, signed the paperwork, shook some hands, and that was it. They also took my old vehicle in as a trade in for my shiny new car that was waiting right up front. Great car buying experience.
