        You will be hard pressed to find a more ethical, kind and caring restoration service than Servpro of East Sterling Heights and Rick Nakkula. Rick & Crew did an amazing job on my Water Damage Remediation. I was always able to get ahold of Rick. He never left me hanging or waiting. He explained things to me so I understood the process and what was going on with my home. His equipment is clean and quiet and he treated my home as his own by carefully masking my walls and floors. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Rick's hard work and dedication

        The service from this company ...

        The service from this company was over the top. Rick actually stayed on the phone with me and talked me through the initial steps of getting my sump pump to work before we even had a contract. His crew was polite and extremely helpful. The basement was dried beyond my expectations and I would reccomend them to anyone who needs this service.
