        Overall

        My first time needing and using this type of service before so I don't have anything to compare to but went well!

        I needed a single pane window replaced at a rental property. Since I'm unable to do the work myself I had to hire out.

        Mike (the installer sent to the property to do the job) was great! Absolutely no complaints and I am picky. He called ahead, showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame quoted.

        No pressure and very professional. He focused on the job, respectful of me and my house, made no mess and even cleaned the new window he put in.

        I don't like to hire out and/ or have people at the house and I appreciate Mike's professionalism and attitude.
