        Banks are often portrayed as impersonal. This is not the case with the BB&T branch on Enterprise Rd. Everyone associated with this branch is friendly and helpful-from the manager to the tellers. I have had wonderful dealings particularly with Penny and Sylvia. I have moved to Largo, but when I need to interact with banking personel, I will travel the 25minutes it will take me to get to the Enterprise Rd BB&T
