Bay Pointe Apartments

The people of this co. are snakes. I moved out on 12/30/15. It is now 2/16/16 which is about 6 WEEKS from my move out date according to my LEASE.I have contacted the office multiple times with SEVERAL voicemails, not one contact back to me. Horrible customer service, coming from a former corporate CS manager.Someone answers once out of the 10 times I call. Every time I call the answer as for the status of my refunded deposit is different! I do not care the excuse! On CONTRACT and per the STATEyou need to issue a refund within 15-30 days. Now it is 16 DAYS PAST DUE and I am still getting excuses. The attitudes I have caught from the office staff is tremendous. Now after I have already wasted several hours of MY TIME trying to literally track down my deposit, I will now have to spend MY TIME going into a place I left 2 months ago to seek it out? Never in my life as a tenant have I had to endure this! DONT LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

Since i moved here a year ago there has been alot of improvement on the type of people who are NOW being rented to. There is a total change in management and how it is being run. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful, always at my place with in the hour. I am very pleased with these recent changes, and I am seeing a big difference in the quality of management of the place which is a direct effect of who lives here n who dont.Thank You J. in the leasing office. Shes the best. J. is discreet and takes her job as serious as if these are people moving into her own neighborhood. The situation on pets is great. the pest control people are here on time. we have new landscaping company that goes the extra mile to help keep the place nice. Maintenance also keeps the grounds picked up, which is great also. I signed on for another year and i feel quite safe, happy n enjoy where i live. thank you Bay Point n J.
