Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The service was horrible. Waitress slammed the bill on the table without even asking if we wanted anything else.

This place always looks really busy from the cars in the parking lot, but we always can get a seat right away in the bar area since it is seat yourself. Great service is always given, and the amount of the food for the price is unbelievable! I will continue to visit this place, and I consider it my favorite restaurant in the Louisville area!

I visit many restaurants in the Clarksville area and I have yet to find a better value for my money than Cheddar's. I literally spend more money at Arby's on a meal form myself than I do when I go into Cheddar's and get the benefit of sitting down and have someone wait on me. The portions are huge and most require a to go box because I can not eat all of my meal. I probably eat at Cheddar’s at least once a week.

Michelle (Michele) was our waitress. Nice personality, with little to say.



She served the coffee as usual and took the order, but never came back until I acted like a 1st grader, raising my hand to request a second cup of coffee. I base my tips on how well the server keeps my cup full, not on how cute she is.

And yes I did tip her.



I also had a problem with the order of green beans, if you could call 7 pieces of green beans an order. Her comment was a cute little smile. The order of mashed potatoes was cut down from the last time I visited the cafe.



Oh, the meat and potatoes were good. I guess I should have been satified not being asked/served the way I am used to being treated. Maybe she was having a bad day.



It will be several months before I gather my courage to go into the cafe again. Maybe by then, Michele will have moved on and the motor in the fan fixed, It was so noisy, the music was drowned out.



No, I am not having a bad day. I had a wonderful day, just a bad lunch.
