Legacy Property Management

They would rather start an eviction notice on a tenant than take partial rent from a section 8 tenant. They have no compassion and have the audacity to refer to their tenants in derogatory terms in front of the tenant and their children if they think the tenant doesn't speak a second language. That was appallingly offensive and incredibly unprofessional and lacking in compassion. This company is also owned by a Cooper Mountain Vineyard who are catering to the wealthy by stepping on those that are struggling.

I've never had a good experience with a Property Managemen co before. Legacy is everything I always thought management *should* be. Kind, helpful, professional, timely. . . They do everything right, folks.
