I can only say that the service I received today was outstanding. Called Mel's at around 8:00 am and at 9:50 got a call they where here. New window was put in area was cleaned and they where gone by 10:45. Great service.

Can't imagine the previous review.....I contacted Mels this morning at 9:30 am, it is now 1:15 pm and they are finished with my new windshield. The technician did a beautiful job. I also had 3 call backs from the office this morning. One concerning my insurance, which they handled 100% for me, one to set up an appointment and one to tell me the tech was on his way. How much better could it be? I gladly give this company a 5 star rating and will recommend them to anyone needing this service
