Pearl is a new pet and she is very very shy. Julie was patient with her and when I took her home she was happy and fresh! She was a sheltered cat with a ton of dander and Pearl no longer has any flaking!

I am always a bit nervous bringing my cat to new places (he has always hated brushing at home) but I was told he did well here, which puts my mind at ease for future visits! My dog gets anxious at the vet or groomers. Emily took the time when I first brought him in to meet him and make him feel safe while I was still there. It really made a difference and he came out tail wagging!
