        We have a reservation at this Hampton in Chicago IL just this weekend when we got there to check in they told us they gave our room to someone else and so they send us to the South Loop of Chicago for a free room but whatever the south side if we wanted to go there we would of gone there and because all the hotel in downtown area were all booked we could not get in anywhere. What if we were kill then what? it would be Hampton to blame for, it was the scariest place you dont even want to walk outside. If I made a reservation I expected to get one it's not like we are staying for free we had drove 7hours to get to there. This Hampton was the worest ever, they are not good with their management. They are lucky we decided not to sleep in their lobby. They said that they are good with service they are kidding themselves. We are every upset about this so we rating this place as a negative 100.
