My husband is pretty handy, so when the rear differential on our 2008 Rav4 started making noise, he tried replacing a bearing and the pinion seal himself to save money. The fix lasted for a few weeks, but soon the growling sounds and unsteady driving returned and we knew we needed to contact professionals, but didn't want to spend exorbitant amounts of money (the rear differential itself looked to be a $1,200 piece). Rick at D&R looked over our vehicle and got back to me with a quote that was half of what I was expecting. When the parts came in and Rick had installed them, he called me to say the parts were faulty and he wasn't happy with the fix. After two more orders (faulty parts) and a total of three installations, Rick had our car up an running again. He took care of us like we were family: he didn't charge us for the extra labor he put in with the multiple installations due to faulty parts and didn't up-charge us at all for the parts. He kept working on our vehicle until he was satisfied with it, and in the end charged us what he had quoted originally, though it had taken him a lot more time than he anticipated. I can't say enough how thankful we are for Rick's professionalism and excellent work getting our car back on the road!

DnR is a great company that stands behind their work. I had my engine replaced here just after i had purchased my used vehicle and they fought to help me get compensation from the dealership which i bought my truck from. Rick is very knowledgeable and they are quick to help should anything go wrong after job is done. My truck having a new engine had an issue with the computer re-programming and shut off on my wife once, Rick was going to drive out on his personal time to fix the issue and see what was wrong but the truck ended up starting up after a few minutes and was ok. Very knowledgable mechanics and HONEST!!!! HIghly recommended!

I still stand by my word, DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. There are other great mechanic's in Cheyenne. I won't risk being broke down on the side of the road.

Rick came highly reccomended by two buisnesses I had spoke to prior to taking my vehicle there. He took the time to anwser every question I had and is very knowledgable and friendly. I would reccomend him and the buisness.
