Primary Care
CareSouth Carolina offers a full range of primary care services at all of our centers, providing comprehensive medical care for all members of the family, from infants to the elderly. As a health care home, those services are both comprehensive and patient centered.
Smoking Cessation
Transportation Services: We understand that the lack of transportation is sometimes a barrier to needed care, so we can help facilitate and/or provide limited transportation services for clients/patients.
Family Practice
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Must be licensed to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina. Must be CPR certified. Six to twelve month experience in a community health care center or family practice setting strongly preferred.
Emergency Care
Provides comprehensive dental care to children 18 years of age and younger throughout the Pee Dee Region. (Includes comprehensive emergency care.)
Immunizations
The Mobys were purchased to assist in providing increased access to COVID-19 testing during the pandemic, but can be used for a wide variety of services, including chronic care & screenings, immunizations and vaccinations.

Gynecology
At CareSouth Carolina, we feel a special commitment to provide for the needs of women. CareSouth Carolina offers extensive gynecological services. We emphasize what we call “well-woman gynecology.” In addition, our health care providers are sensitive to the special needs of women and are committed to helping our patients become more active in promoting their own health and well–being.
Obstetrics
Our Obstetrics Services program is designed to encourage successful pregnancies and healthy babies. Our program removes the barriers to comprehensive prenatal care.
Pregnancy

Internal Medicine
Services provided by CareSouth Carolina include family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, women services, OB/GYN, HIV/AIDS primary care, dental, chiropractic services, pharmacy, geriatrics, social services, clinical counseling, laboratory, 4D ultrasound, X-Ray, migrant services and veterans choice provider.
Urology
Approximately half of the patients provided primary care at CareSouth Carolina health centers are uninsured. Many need specialty care (cardiology consults, urology consults, endocrinologists etc) or additional diagnostic services (CT or MRIs). Unfortunately, there is no funding available to pay for these and many other services.
Cervical Cancer
CareSouth Carolina is a partner of the South Carolina Best Chance Network, which is a special program for women needing breast and cervical cancer screening. This program is available to patients at each of our health center locations.

Autism
In addition to counseling, we provide testing for ADHD, learning disorders, Autism Spectrum, Asperger’s and other academic functional testing as done by a Ph.D. Psychologist.

Psychotherapy Notes. Psychotherapy notes are notes recorded (in any medium) by a health care provider who is a mental health professional documenting or analyzing the contents of conversation during counseling session. Psychotherapy notes are separated from the rest of your medical record and do not include medication prescription and monitoring, counseling session start and stop times, the modalities and frequencies of treatment furnished, results of clinical tests, and any summary of the following items: diagnosis, functional status, the treatment plan, symptoms, prognosis, and prognosis to date.
