I have been a customer of AquaSteamer for 14 years. Nelson has always provided excellent service. My carpets still look brand new thanks to him. He is always prompt, makes time around my schedule, walks around the house with detail to spot soiled areas and pretreats all carpeting that is going to be cleaned. He takes his time and moves any extra furniture that I request then he makes sure to replace the items with protectant covers to keep the furniture from staining the carpet. He uses a stain resistant spray that really works. If I end up with a spill, it comes right up because he uses this spray. The type of cleaning is a hot water extraction that does not push the dirt into the carpet but lifts it with the steam and suction. The carpet also dries very quickly. I also recommend him to all my buyer and sellers and I always end up with happy clients. I highly recommend Nelson!
