Doodle Bugs! Children's Learning Academy

we had our oldest child in doodlebugs and were happy with the program up until the move to the newly built center. Since then, the center lacked a sense of family and our complaints and questions either went unanswered or were rebuffed with 'its state hygeine law', which was false. The directors answer you with a fake smile and quickly retreat to their offices and never actually reply. Since the move, we not only withdrew our older child but all our children. I do not recommend doodlebugs due to the factory feel of the place. It might be a pretty facility, but ultimately its not worth the lack of caring for the families they serve. of note, also since we left the vast majority of the staff who had been at our previous center also either left or were fired, one for speaking negatively about doodlebugs! check their staff turnover rates, it is indicative of staff content and business practice. we are now very happy with our new daycare which consists of staff mostly with 10 year

Wonderful teachers! They deeply care about the children in their care, and work hard to bring about a fantastic educational program for our little ones! Unfortunately the staff turnover has been pretty high lately, most seeming stressed/uncomfortable with the administration (director). They need to make changes to retain these excellent teacher!

EXCELLENT teachers if you can get past the COMPLETELY unprofessional and, in my opinion, unqualified director. Ignore the attitude from the other two front desk people too. BEST teachers in the city though - clearly they love what they do!

My 2 year old son loves doodle bugs. He has thrived at this place. The staff is upbeat, courteous and well trained. The pre-k education he is receiving is fantastic I'm extremely satisfied. I will definetely send my next child there and I will recommend this place to everyone, I'm very impressed.

Every since my 3-year old son was enrolled in Doodle Bug he has been a different child. All of the activities that he participates in is educational and used as a developmental tool for him. I'm sure by the time he goes to kindergarten he'll be more that ready!
