Shape Up Fitness-Wellness

I was asked by the owner, Michael, to leave a review. I was a client at Shape Up for ~ 5 years. My experience was both positive and negative.
On the positive side, I came out stronger and healthier. Michael is an excellent trainer. He is an expert in his field.
On the negative side, I felt significant concern for racial insensitivity. This should be taken into consideration before choosing this facility. The word "N_ _ _ _ _ " was used multiple times in my presence. Additionally, there were jokes about the Holocaust and the Latinx community. The reason I was given was that jokes about white people just were not funny enough.
Additionally, I have not received reimbursement for sessions that were missed (by owner and by me).
