This "insurance" covered nothing!! I paid over $100 a month to end up with THOUSANDS of dollars in medical bills. I got all of the bills months after going to the doctors. They said It was all "pre-existing" conditions. I know have to file bankruptcy for my medical bills.

THis company is a SCAM! I signed up thinking I was getting an inexpensive PPO. Well they totally LIED and i was actually signing up for an HMO that covers NOTHING! After 2 months and a BUNCH of phone calls (You'll wait 45 minutes each call, GUARANTEED) they FINALLY told me the doctor I'm seeing wasn't IN NETWORK. Well I'm like, I signed up for a PPO! and they're like "nope". So SCREW ME. ANd the "Prescription Drug" program is actually just a CHEAP DISCOUNT CARD that doesn't cover ANYTHING! This company is THE WORST THING you'll ever deal with. NOtice there aren't ANY good reviews?

I have went through hell to get my meds., and I believe it's because of the secretary that thinks she's a doctor. I don't appreciate her telling me I've taken too many pills when she doesn't know what she's talking about. I called 3 days ago and begged for a courtesy call. never got it. Yeah i got a couple for a couple of days but i never got to talk to a doctor to tell whats going on. They have an ad on tv for new customers but haven't called me back in 3 days,,, Whateverl!! Maybe you'll have better luck than me, maybe the receptionist will like you better. all i know is i have went through hell for 3 days for no reason!
