Be Yoga Family is a program dedicated to the personal growth and development of each of our students. Our heart-centered approach is designed to develop a calm and healthy body and mind in young people, who have the forces of change swirling within and outside of them.Our programs of instruction and progressive curriculum for students at each level is unique in the Charlotte area. For infants and toddlers we offer programs developed by Wee Ones™ that are uniquely designed for this age range. Research shows that most babies, toddlers, and young children do not meet these daily exercise requirements. Children need to build a solid physical repertoire during infancy and toddler-hood in order to grow a life-long appreciation for good health and a desire to participate in physical activity. Doing Wee Ones Yoga with your child establishes the foundation for a lifetime of healthy practices.For pre-school through teen age students we offer the Grounded program. Grounded is based on the core belief that yoga can have a profound and positive effect on kids and teens. From our foundation as professional educators we have embraced the principles of Anusara™ Yoga to create a program that enables yoga instructors, school teachers, and even kids and teens themselves to "ground" themselves and others through yoga, laughter, and elevation.We also offer our pre-natal, post-natal and Family BeTogether™ classes.
