From the beginning of my appointment I was uncomfortable because there was no air circulation and it was super hot. Then, I smelled refried beans and being 5 months pregnant this was not the best smell. Then, I waited for literally an hour and a half until I got seen. I got taken to the back room where I was asked to pee in a plastic cup with no lid. When I went to the restroom, there was no toilet paper! I had to ask for it and then when I took my sample back I was asked to place it down next to three other open samples. Gross and unsanitary. Then, when I went to the exam room I was told that it would be internal exam. I looked around room and saw the instruments and tools soaking in a bucket with water. I booked it out of there and never looked back. This office was disgusting and unsanitary. I would NEVER go back!
