Lester's Carpet Cleaning

Extremely unprofessional, wouldn't refer him to my worst enemy. He should be in a business where he has no contact with people. I beleive cursing and threatening people is not a good business practice.

Lester's Carpet Cleaning is the BEST carpet cleaner service I have ever used. John Lester does an excellent job and his prices are excellent. We had him clean our carpets 2 years in a row and will continue to use him. He does an excellent job getting the carpets clean and he's very personable.

Should rate it as minus 1000000 starts, if I could! We agreed on everything over the phone (price, rooms, etc.). I called him on the morning to confirm time. Few hours later this guy called asking for earlier time. I agreed. Just asked him to call me when he will be ready. He called and told me that he is on the way - 20 minutes away. My parents were in the house waiting. While I was driving this guy called multiple times screaming on my wife that nobody answering door for him...?! When I get there he finished measuring all rooms and told me that he will have to charge me double(?!) as his special price is for up to 1200 sq ft and my house was 1800 sq ft. I asked him why double and if we can just do a second floor bedrooms for the promo price. He said yes first. Then he start screaming and cursing on me right in front of my mother and father-in-law calling me names. I tried to ask him calmly what is going on and how we can work it out. He just continued with his profanity, took his tools and left! To say nicely - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! This person definitely should see a specialist! And never work with people! All those F@#! and S@#! words that came from his mouth toward me are definitely describe him in very good details! Spoiled my and my relatives mood for the whole day. If I was not that shocked on his outbreak I would call the Police to escort him out and charge him with the verbal assault. Still planning to do so tomorrow. Will definitely report to BBB.
