I selected Abby's Storage in Cedar Hill after comparison shopping several other facilities. The staff is great, and the family that operates the facility lives on site. It was clean, easy access 24/7, and I always felt safe. The price was the best I found. I HIGHLY recommend Abby's Storage!

Abby's-Cedar Hill is the cleanest, nicest facility, in the area. After physically looking at other facilities, this is hands down the best. The price is great also, after comparing others. The area is lit, has door alarms and surveillance and they live onsite. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I recently rent a small unit at this complex even though everything stareted like a good deal they find out a way to overcharge you at the end. They keep my info in the sistem and after I moved out they keep charging me with the most ridiculous excuse and when I asked for an explanation they just say their sorry but cannot make any redund and keep my money. They are very tricky and deshonest!!! Absolutelly horrible experience!!!

I just moved here from San Diego Ca and have got to admit that Abby's self Storage in Cedar Hill has excellent customer service. The gentleman worked with me to find a storage unit that fits my needs as well as my budget. I feel secure with my belongings stored there because of the individual door alarms and access controlled gates. My experience at Abby's Self Storage has made my moving less stressful.
