I recently traded cars with Leith Volkswagen and had a pleasant experience. I worked with Forest and he was very pleasant. I was given a fair price for my vehicle and the vehicle I purchased was priced fair as well. My only issue was the time it took to get into the finance room. The wait was excessive in my opinion, but over all it was a good experience. I'm waiting on a second remote for my vehicle, but I think they will come through for me.

She sincerely wanted to help and I never felt pressured or that she was trying to sell me something. I bought many cars in other dealers before and she was the absolute best. As for the car itself, I bought a Jetta a few months ago and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I was looking online comparing cars and had the intention of shopping around a few different places. First place I stopped was Leith VW and after talking to Ruth and seeing the Jetta, I knew it'd be my last! Go visit Ruth!

I purchased my fourth Volkswagen Jetta 2012 in August 2012. The sale person was Ken Hall the buying experience was excellent. In the past I had my VW from Southern State in Raleigh, NC which was a very bad experience, two VW Jettas and one from Bill Cadillac from Greensboro, NC I also had a very bad experience. Anthony went above and beyond when he sold me my volkswagon passat. Not only did he negotiate a reasonable price but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly FAST!
