Carrollton, TX 75007 on Oct 14. I've been there 6 years ago and now it's worse beyond any imagination. I'm NOT exagerating:

1. The Cesar salad was a travesty, lacking most of the vital ingredients like egg yoke, mustard, olives, black pepper etc. A bland not tempting cup of yellowish salad leaves cut like nobody else with any pretenses in the art of cuisine would do it. And the worse I've experienced on 17 states.

2. The rack of baby back ribs was NOT smoked AT ALL. The waiter started to argue about the degree and length of smoking. Customers are not going there to argue but to get what is described "colorfully" in the list. On top of it the chef picked up the worst sauce - out of a large variety of barbecue sauces, smoked incl.! The ribs smelled like not fresh pork. The only good thing was that they were well cooked. But still stinking. For the price of $15,79 I expected something very different. My estimate for 1. & 2. is culinary and managerial catastrophe.

3. My wife ordered cabernet sauvignon - they brought her rose. She wanted mohito - they a/ didn't know exactly what it is and b/ after a rush conference they found out that they were out of lime juice.

4. The famous "awesome blossom" was not on the list anymore. Most probably somebody in high places decided to be a judge - a very bad and tasteless decision. Why are you discontinuing an excellent dish?



I'd appreciate it if you respond to this before I make deliberately my mind to never visit Chilli's again. I hope that would be of mutual interest. /Your response, not my visits/.
