About the course
Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club is a 403 acre facility located on Carrollton's beautiful Oak Mountain. The facility houses an 18 hole championship gold course measuring 7,056 yards from the championship tees. The holes are spread throughout the 403-acre property, delivering a private atmosphere for each hole. Numerous tee boxes give an exciting game for the novice and render vigorous challenges for the low handicap golfer. The fairways and tee boxes are comprised of 419 Bermuda over-seeded in Rye during winter months. The course's greens are the latest in Crenshaw Bent Grass. The practice area is a sodded 30 slot full length range and contains an astro-turf mat for saturated days. The range will be fully lighted for extended hours and after dark practicing. The practice green is over 11,800 square feet and is also comprised of Crenshaw Bent Grass.
