Genesis Taxi

Business is horrible. Did business with them once and that was my only time. I called for a taxi waited looking out my window for an hour and never came. Then when I called a different number not even listed. I get told that he was outside blowing and waiting. Which was VERY untrue. Will not deal with them again. Made me EXTREMELY late for work

This business is very friendly, except a few instances over the phone at times. But I've dealt with them on numerous occasions mostly when my vehicle was in the shop or just wasn't running, and they've made me late for work on a few occasions, like 4-5 times. Some of them don't take responsibility for that either. They're also used to saying things like "I'll be there in a couple of minutes" and it takes them 35-50 minutes each time. I've called an hour in advance and they still can't show up on time making me late for work. They say they are open at 6am Saturday and it's 7am (time I'm supposed to be at work) and they still haven't got in touch with me yet, even though the guy told me to call him at 6:30 so he could pick me up this morning. The promptness is so unreal that I had to write this, even though this is the first review I've ever wrote on the internet. If you don't want to be late for work a bunch of times, use a different Taxi company.
