I would not use this company. My furnace went out on a Thursday evening. I called the number to schedule a contractor to take a look at my furnace. A service representative called me back and said that they could take a look at the furnace the next day. The representative stated that he had 2 services call before me but he thought he would be there around 11:00 am. Friday afternoon at 12:30 pm I called the office to make sure someone was still coming to look at my furnace, the receptionist stated that someone would be coming and that she would give me a call when the service tech was on his way. At 2:00 pm the receptionist called me back and stated the service tech was just finishing up and that he would be there between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I told her that I would be waiting. At 2:30 the receptionist called me back and stated that her service tech just reminded her that they close at 3:30 and if I wanted them to come that I would have to pay the over time rate. I said I wish someone would have told that. I also said that the service tech that I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment said he would be there around 11:00 am so why would I have to pay overtime rates. She said she would have to make a call to her boss and see if anything could be worked as far as the overtime rates and she would call me back. When I didn't hear from her I called her back at 3:30 to see if someone was still coming. Her response was that the service tech was suppose to call me which he hadn't at that point. I asked her again if someone was coming and she said no. She said she would call the service tech and have him call me. The service tech finally called at approximately 4:00 pm stating that he was not coming that they were swamped and that I could be put on a waiting list for Monday. I told him that this was poor customer service and had I known that you weren't coming today I would have found someone else to come look at my furnace. My entire day had been wasted waiting for him to show. I would not use this company!!!
