Polish Nail Salon

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there today. Called to make an appt for 2pm for a full set. Got that with gel polish today which should already be a good sell. Got Phong in the front left and am utterly disappointed & unhappy with the job that was done. Again I made an appointment, so didn’t just walk in. In total this full set with gel polish took 23 minutes. That’s absurd and a good job could not have been done in that amount of time. First of all he was on his phone the first few minutes and did not talk hardly at all. His demeanor was very rude and unpleasant. He did not touch my cuticles or do any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for (I obviously needed one). Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges and he did not have me rinse my hands after filing, just painted the gel over the rough areas. He was very rough with pushing my hands around. He also did not do lotion or anything at the end. Just did a very poor and careless job on a full set of acrylics and gel paint and sent me on my way.. in 23 mins, with dry hands and awful cuticles. They do not look good and I will have to get these done again elsewhere before the Holidays ( so like tomorrow). Which i am not pleased with. I will be reviewing you all on all sites and platforms I can find, with pictures included, & will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Polish, previously Nails II, for over 10 years! That in itself should speak very highly of the salon. Alan and Michelle are wonderful, friendly and very professional as well as the rest of their staff!!! They offer many services, all of which are GREAT! I have recommended their salon to MANY of my friends. As long as they are in business, I will definitely continue to use their services!!!

I had a excellent experiences at nail II, I am definitely going to tell my friends.

I have been going to Nails II for about 10 years. Alan, Michelle and Tammy are all outstanding. Michelle and Tammy give the best pedicures and Alan does a fill that looks natural! Highly recommended.
